Membership to the FaturaLab platform is completely free. Supplier companies can start their membership either by being invited by buyer companies or by filling out the registration form directly. Memberships of buyers and financial institutions are carried out by our respective teams. Reading and approving the contracts and information texts are requirements for membership completion.
FaturaLab is subject to continuous audits by banks in compliance with the regulations and communiques of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA). Additionally, it regularly undergoes penetration testing and receives cybersecurity consulting services. Critical data within FaturaLab is encrypted and stored, and all servers are located behind security firewalls.
Yes, FaturaLab provides a comprehensive API (Application Program Interface) that includes different functions for various stakeholders (Financial Institution, Buyer, Supplier). In addition, plug-and-play adapters are provided for corporate ERP software such as SAP. Integration options are also available for stakeholders who do not wish to use standard APIs and adapters, using technologies such as FTP, MQ, JMS, SOAP, etc.
All stakeholders within the FaturaLab platform can have multiple users. A user with administrator privileges for each company can open and/or invite other users to the system. User role-based permissions are also set by users with administrator privileges.
